Stream the UK National Showing Championships
H&C are thrilled to be bringing you LIVE coverage of the inaugural UK National Showing Championships at Arena UK on Saturday 15th & Sunday 16th August 2020. This new event will see the country’s leading producers and riders competing in classes for horses and ponies ranging from show hunters to riding horses, cobs, hacks, intermediates, amateur and open sections, coloureds and Mountain & Moorlands.
The show is the brainchild of rider and producer, Scott Dixon and it has met with fantastic support from sponsors and many of the top names in the world of showing who will be travelling to Lincolnshire to compete for major honours.
Said Scott: “It is fantastic to have Horse & Country providing live coverage over the two days and wonderful to be able to get the show off the ground after such a difficult and frustrating year for everyone.”
In further great news for showing fans, H&C will also be live streaming the British Show Pony Society Summer Championships (28th to 30th August) and the Coloured Horse & Pony Society Summer Championships (5th and 6th September).
Commenting on the showing coverage Jonathan Rippon, Director of Content for H&C, said, “Lockdown may have put our live streaming plans on hold for a while but, as the calendar comes back to life, we’ve got a really strong line-up for the rest of the year. We’re delighted to be streaming these three great events from Arena UK, particularly as, with doors closed to spectators, it gives the passionate showing community the opportunity to see their favourite discipline.”
The live stream for all of the events will be available on H&C+, Horse & Country’s subscription streaming service.
