Carl Hester to host Masterclass at HOYS

Horse & Country star Carl Hester MBE is to host the HOYS Dressage Masterclass on Friday night (7 October).

Having recently won Olympic team silver in Rio, and training all three of his team mates, Carl is the perfect choice to host the event, and he’ll be sharing his training insights with the audience.

Fans will also have the chance to meet him in person, as he will be doing rider signing in the Retail Village after his Masterclass.

Carl’s protege Charlotte Dujardin – the reigning World, European and Olympic champion – will be one of the riders in Friday’s Arbonne Dressage Future Elite Championship, competing on Hawtins Delicato.

She’ll face opposition from Tom Goode (Dior III), Sonnar Murray-brown (Erlentanz), Bryony Goodwin (Hawtins Floriana), Kate Cowell (Samba Dancer), Michael Eilberg (Sa Coeur) and Henrietta Cheetham (Schattentanzerin).

Each combination will perform an Intermediate I Freestyle Test to music, in front of judges Stephen Clarke, Isobel Wessels and Andrew Gardner.
