In this clip National Dressage Champion Hayley Watson-Greaves demonstrates how to prepare for a flying change riding her top horse WG Rubins Nite.

Hayley, who is trained by Carl Hester, has had a very successful past year – culminating with her new title at the LeMieux British Dressage National Championships at the weekend (17 September).
