Fancy riding round Burghley? Now’s your chance

Amateur riders will once again have the chance to ride round Burghley, when the SEIB Burghley Sponsored Ride takes place on 4 September.

Held on the final day of the Land Rover Burghley Horse Trials, the sponsored ride gives people the chance to ride around the beautiful estate and get up close to those huge cross-country fences – without jumping them, of course!

The sponsored ride will benefit three equine charities – World Horse Welfare, the Ebony Horse Club and the British Horse Society.

Last year’s ride raised more than £20,000, with a total of more than £200,000 being raised since the event was first held in 1996.
